Supereggs' in-house laboratory functions as a critical link in our production chain, equipped with specialised equipment for constant monitoring of microbiological, physico-chemical and sanitary parameters. Here, samples taken from production, water, feed, feed, eggs, liquid egg and egg powder are tested daily, thus ensuring full traceability and compliance with current European regulations.
