Our egg powder factory produces whole and yolk powder, tailored to each customer's requirements. The products are natural, without additives, packed in 25kg boxes or 650kg bag-in-boxes, with a shelf life of 2 years.
Super Eggs has its own powdered eggs factory by which it ensures the powdered eggs production for the national and international markets, both for the small and the big distribution.
The production facility within the egg powder factory is designed linearly, so that the technological flow runs without cross-contamination, starting with the reception and storage of raw materials and ending with the delivery of the finished product, thus avoiding cross-contamination.
The technological flow ensures production quality and hygiene conditions that comply with domestic legislation and EU standards. All operations and technological phases carried out in the production hall and storage areas are controlled and monitored in the office. The factory also benefits from sanitary-veterinary filters for controlled access of personnel and means of transport.
The company has an in-house laboratory for carrying out the necessary production analyses to ensure that the eggs, pasteurised liquid and egg powder are of high quality.
In this way we make sure that our customers get high quality powdered eggs, uncontaminated and which can be safely used in food industry.
Since recipes vary from one food sector to another, we have adapted to our customers' requirements and prepare both whole egg powder and egg yolk powder based on the technical data sheet provided by the customer. This ensures that they are using the best raw materials for the products they sell.
We also deliver in quantities tailored to each customer's needs. Egg powder is delivered in 25 kg boxes and 650 kg bag-in-boxes.
The powdered eggs produced and delivered by Super Eggs are natural and contain no artificial additives. Their warranty term is of 2 years from the date of manufacture.
